Bankers Choice Mortgage has available a large array of mortgage programs for everyone needs, US domestic buyers have a choice of full documentation mortgage programs with excellent interest rates or if they cannot provide enough income to qualify, we have available alternative programs like bank statement mortgage that the income is derived from the monthly deposits, for owner occupied, second home or investment properties, also the DSCR (investor cash flow) program is available for buyers purchasing a home as an investment (no tax returns needed or income verification) this program offers attractive interest rates, also the no ratio program is available for owner occupied buyers with no income and no employment available.
